Welcome to the 78th Annual Clinical Congress!

This will be held on December 4-7, 2022 under the banner of the Philippine College of Surgeons Foundation, Inc. (PCSFI).

This year's theme is "Quality Surgery For All".

Resident Trainees and Foreign Delegate-Trainees are required to furnish the Secretariat a certification or a letter from the Department Chair attesting that they are indeed Resident Trainees or Foreign Delegate-Trainees from the institution.
